Are you pregnant, again?

A rose tinted thought that makes you blush, flush and hush- pregnancy may perhaps be a dreaded word for some. If you are pregnant again by chance, you need some time alone to think- what next? You already have a small kid who jumps and hops around you all day, sleeps lying on your belly and you’re always on your toes!  So how do you plan to take care of this subsequent pregnancy at all?

Discuss with your partner how (and if) you want to move ahead with the baby number two. It has to be a mutual decision because it’s just not about your first baby’s age and demands, but your body and its capacity to bear again, your health track record, vis-à-vis your boozing and fagging routine, your finances and career goals, your lifestyle and personal preferences, if not anything more.

Another baby may simply mean a dire need for 24 more hours in a day, another cot in the room, doubling your savings and tripling your work load. If all this doesn’t scare you to death, go ahead, gift a sibling to your first baby; but just don’t let it happen if you think you cannot afford it.
