Cheesy Cucumber Sandwich

Here’s quick one when you aren’t really hungry but want some grub on a summer evening.

Amul processed cheese          ½ cup
Sandwich bread                      6 slices
Cucumber                              1 medium
Hung yoghurt                         1 tbsp
Milk cream                             1 tbsp
Salt and pepper                      to taste
That’s it!

Method:
Peel and deseed the cucumbers. Grate them.
Take 1 day old bread, as fresh bread tends to break. Cut the corners. Leave aside.
Mix grated cucumber and grated processed cheese in one: one ratio. Add cream and yoghurt. Spread on the bread slices. Sprinkle some salt and black (or white) pepper. Cover with another slice of bread. Press gently. Cut diagonally and serve! Could there be anything simpler?
